REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

super fast shipping! and product was in good shape. remember that you need to shave before and you shouldn't use this if you have very dark skin (many ppl don't seem to realize this.lol) Try it first with the lowest setting and remember to use the sunglasses that come with the product! I love my purchase! It looks very elegant. Arrived in good condition. It was even wrapped in bubble wrap. I tested it this afternoon and it works well. There was a warm sensation when the pulse is applied. One word of warning though - the English instructions do not match the Chinese instructions. Initially I read only the English version and was looking out for a red light which doesn’t exist. On reading the Chinese version, I realised it should be a white light.

This device has features that make it fool proof and easy to use. It won't flash unless it detects that the bulb is completely flat against your skin, which makes it safer for your eyes. Also, it has an automatic mode where you don't need to click it every single time, you just move it to a different spot and it'll flash automatically once it's completely covered. All in all, I like this system better than my older one because it has more flashes and the settings make it easier to use.

Have used for about 1-2weeks now and seeing results on my legs. The photo after 1 week, from the inside of my legs, where the hair is most fine, the hairs are already returning patchy (have done laser, so patchy is a good sign!). 2nd picture - I shaved my legs and normally the stubble everywhere within 24 hrs. Its been 2 days, but only a slight stubble. The other areas where hairs are more coarse, I have yet to see results but so far its promising!
