REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Best Hair Removals (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

I can't say anything about the reliability of the car, I'll check it over time. Outwardly, the clipper looks good. Includes: hairbrush, cleaning brush, hairdressing apron, four cutting heads for different hair lengths and USB charging cable. Cons of the kit: no oil (will have to use leftover oil from my previous clipper) and no cable adapter to charge from an electrical outlet.

Good Machine. I liked it. Slightly larger in size than expected, but not critical (in the photo it seems less). The knife does not scratch (when edging). Cuts flat and without jerks. Nozzles and brushes made of good plastic qualitatively made, not cheap stamping with burrs. Sent quickly, came from China to Moscow in 8 days.
The machine came nice but not as seen in the picture as the spare gear looks 2tane scissors in the picture search and flat scissors they did not come

11.11.20 ordered, 19.11.20 the parcel was delivered by The Courier. Delivery chose LML service. The machine is quite heavy, at first thought that the body is made of metal, but it's plastic. The machine seems quite powerful, has two speeds and a charge Display (I came with a full charge). I'm happy with everyone. The only in set Ah other buyers have knife oil bottle, I didn't have one. Anyway, I don't think it's a big problem. You can see the complete set in the photo.
